Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: InstantPro App at 100% against FotoFetch's 43%. InstantPro App also leads on rating (5.0 vs 2.7) and update cadence (every 2 days vs every 2 weeks). FotoFetch's advantage is ratings volume (20 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
