Taskr vs Taskitos

Your day, beautifully planned. Taskr is a clean, visual daily planner built around a simple idea: when you can see your day laid out in front of you, you get more done. Visual Timeline See your entire day at a glance on a scrollable timeline. Every task has its own colour-coded block showing exactly when it starts, how long it takes, and what's coming next. No more mental juggling — just a clear picture of your day. Inbox — Capture First, Schedule Later Got an idea or task but not sure when to do it? Drop it in your Inbox. It stays there until you're ready to schedule it, keeping your timeline clean and your mind clear. Week View Zoom out and see the whole week. Spot busy days, find gaps, and plan ahead with a 7-day overview that shows all your tasks at a glance. Recurring Tasks Build routines that actually stick. Set any task to repeat daily, weekly, or monthly — perfect for habits, workouts, work blocks, and anything else you do regularly. Smart Reminders Never miss a task. Set a reminder to fire at the start of a task or minutes before it begins, so you're always prepared. Personalise Everything Choose from a full palette of colours and a library of icons to make every task feel like yours. Your planner should be as unique as your day. Home Screen Widgets See your next task without even opening the app. Taskr's widgets keep you on track from your home screen and lock screen. No account required. Your data stays on your device.
