Caricom Freight makes shipping from the United States to Jamaica and the Caribbean simple. Track every package from our Miami warehouse to the island, get an instant quote before you ship, and stay in control from your phone. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Track your shipments — see each package move from warehouse to in-transit to arrived, with honest arrival timing (next-day air; sea sails Friday and lands Kingston Monday / Montego Bay Tuesday). • Get an instant quote — pick your boxes or barrels for sea freight, or enter a weight for flat per-pound air freight, and see the cost (including the Bill of Lading fee) before you commit. Buy your packaging right in the quote — or pack your own. • Save your recipients — keep an address book of the family and friends you ship to in Jamaica and pick one in a tap when you request a shipment. • Request a shipment — turn any quote into a booking; choose Port-to-Port or request a Door-to-Door delivery quote. • Repack & consolidate — ask us to combine your boxes for one recipient to save on cube. • Pre-alert your packages — let us know what's coming so it's matched the moment it lands at the warehouse. • Pay your balance — settle invoices quickly and securely with Zelle. • Know who to call — when your sea shipment lands, see your local clearing agent's details and call or WhatsApp them right from the app. • Set your preferences — default freight method, port, consolidation and on-arrival handling, plus how we reach you (email / WhatsApp / push). • Reach your account manager — message the Caricom team directly and get help with billing, delivery, missing items, and more. WHY CARICOM FREIGHT Caricom Freight Consolidators has moved cargo from South Florida to the Caribbean for years.
