BEANSY INTERACTIVE CUPPING FORM is designed to evaluate coffee in both Beansy, CQI (Q) and Oi scores. Unlike CQI cupping form, BEANSY form EVALUATES SWEETNESS and CLEAN CUP parameters in the range from 6 to 10, just like aroma, flavor, acidity, aftertaste, body and overall impression. Due to this Beansy score is a better instrument to differentiate coffee lots with similar acidity into various quality categories. The algorithm automatically converts Beansy into Q score and shows both for user’s reference. Oi is the overall intensity of the coffee, calculated as a sum of all intensity scales.
