If you are a supervisor of a person with special needs, or someone with autism or ADHD who can process pictures but not written words very well, then this app will definitely help you. This is a task timer for your phone that relies only on pictures instead of written verbal communication to remind the person you are supervising what they need to do for that given time period. Features include: - Being able to choose from any image on your phone what a task looks like - Setting a time on each individual task. Comes in three different timer styles: Clock, Three-Colored Timer, and Hourglass - Creating a custom task that is pre-set so that pressing "Start Activity" always starts the timer - Simple User Interface Don't forget to rate us on your respective app store. Support is needed.
One & Done
Read full descriptionHide full description
One & Done is the calm way to get through your day. Instead of a long, guilt-inducing list, it shows you the single most important thing to do right now โ and nothing else. Finish it, feel the little win, and the next one appears. At the end of the day, swipe over to see everything you accomplished. No accounts. No sign-up. No new silo to maintain. One & Done works directly on top of the Apple Reminders you already have โ your tasks stay exactly where they are. WHAT YOU GET โข Just one thing โ the most important task, chosen for you and kept steady so it never shifts on its own. โข A satisfying Done list โ everything you finished today, gathered in one calm place. โข Choose your own โ browse by list or pick from smart suggestions whenever you want to decide. โข Quick add โ capture something new and make it your focus instantly. โข On-device intelligence โ when Apple Intelligence is available, it helps order your day, privately, right on your phone. It only reorders your tasks; it never changes them. โข Private by design โ no servers, no tracking, and nothing stored outside your device and your own Reminders. One & Done is for anyone who opens their reminders, feels overwhelmed, and just wants to know: what is the one thing I should do next? Focus on one thing. Get it done. Repeat.

Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: One & Done at every 2 days against Daily Task Timer's every 5 months. Daily Task Timer's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
