MoveUp 喜動點 vs 智營生活EatSmart

「MoveUp 喜動點 - 體感運動訓練應用程式」由香港賽馬會慈善信托基金捐助，基督教信義會社會服務部於2021年開始推行的「生活再動計劃」建立項目之一。本計劃結合科技、醫護團隊和護老者的參與，為長者重整健康生活習慣及進行康復訓練。 這項體感運動訓練遊戲專門針對長者的運動需要而設計，當中的訓練範圍包括：頭部、手部、肩膊、腰背及全身，老友記可根據自己的能力選擇不同的運動進行訓練。 每當完成訓練後，系統會把所得的分數及表現作記錄，方便老友記檢視自己的訓練成果，了解自己的能力和所長之餘，更可調整自己的訓練目標。 各位老友記不妨每日都玩一個小遊戲，鍛鍊身體，一齊讓身體動起來！ MoveUp: Motion Exercise Training App is one of the development items under the “Lifestyle Reactivation Project” initiated by ELCSS-HK and funded by Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust since 2021. This Project combines technologies, input from healthcare professionals, and the participation of elderly caregivers to re-engineer the lifestyle of elderly. MoveUp: Motion Exercise Training Game is specifically cater to the needs of the elderly. The training covers various body parts including the head, elbow, shoulder and trunk. Users can choose different exercises based on their abilities for training. After completing each training session, the system records the scores and performance, allowing users to review their training results. This helps them understand their abilities and strengths. It is recommended for our elderly to play games every day to exercise their body and keep their minds active!
