HifzLink is the daily record book for Hifz schools and madrasahs — built so teachers can record a student's day in seconds and parents can follow it the same evening. FOR TEACHERS • Take attendance in a tap, run a quick uniform and cleanliness check, and open each student's daily record. • Record Sabaq, Sabqi and Amukhta (revision) with mistakes, stucks and tries — auto-graded as Pass or Retry. • Track Juz completion and see revision staleness at a glance, so nothing quietly goes cold. • Record recitation as audio and keep it on the student's day for parents to hear. • Manage a live recitation queue, homework, behaviour marks and a bathroom tracker for the whole class. • Generate monthly and yearly report cards, ready to print. FOR PARENTS • See today's report card the evening it's recorded — Sabaq, revision, attendance and behaviour. • Play back your child's recitation recordings. • Sign the daily report, and note any extra practice done at home. • Follow Daily, Monthly and Overall progress, homework, exam results and the schedule. • Log the five daily prayers and message your child's teacher directly. • Use "I'm here" at pickup and manage who is allowed to collect your child. INSIGHTS • Revision staleness, weak spots and a Khatm (completion) forecast for every student. • Amukhta history and monthly totals — how much was actually revised, day by day. EXAMS & TESTING • MESBA testing sheets, a question bank and exam generation, with printing. BUILT FOR MADRASAHS No ads. We never sell your data. HifzLink is made for Hifz classrooms and the families they serve.
