Kanda is an app designed to identify and address muscle imbalances by analyzing photos of the user's body from the front and back sides. The app calculates the ratios between muscle groups and compares them to ideal ratios. It provides users with a score and personalized feedback, highlighting potential negative consequences if imbalances are not corrected, such as loss of mobility or increased risk of injury. Additionally, Kanda includes a chatbot for users to ask questions and receive further guidance.
