Masuta is a practice journal that allows you to break your craft down into specific areas of focus, called Modules. You can simply practice a specific module for however long you'd like, or create a Session for more structured practicing. Sessions are like a "workout routine" for a musician, and might look something like "Scales for 10min, Blues Licks for 15min, Free Play for 10min". Masuta makes it easy to structure your practice, stay motivated, and track your progress and time spent across all modules.

Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Masuta at none against Relog's 5. Masuta also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). Relog's advantage is ratings volume (31 vs 2). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Relog sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Masuta asks for nothing beyond the download.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Relog against 5.0 for Masuta. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Relog has 31 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.
