BestLight: a journaling app for gratitude, self-improvement, and mental clarity. Capture positive moments and revisit them when negative thoughts like self-doubt, imposter syndrome, or low days come up. Build a personal record of growth, mindfulness, and real evidence, easily filtered by functional tags and areas of life like work or relationships. Many of us forget the evidence in our favor. BestLight helps you build a personal record of victories, gratitude, and positive moments — so you can return to them when you need it most. BestLight's smart-tagging delivers the most relevant memories whenever you want reflections to help counter negativity. *** CAPTURE THE GOOD *** Log small wins, effort you’re proud of, moments of connection, growth, courage, or even something as simple as a delicious treat you ate. Nothing is too small. If it felt good, it’s worth remembering! *** REVISIT WHEN YOU NEED ENCOURAGEMENT *** When negative thoughts creep in, select how you’re feeling and BestLight will surface relevant past entries -- helping you reconnect with your own experiences, not generic advice. *** PERSONALIZE YOUR SMART JOURNAL *** Prefer upbeat energy? Straightforward facts? A calm, soothing voice? BestLight adapts to how you want to be supported. BestLight offers 6 color palettes, light/dark modes, and a clean, basic look or a whimsical theme with our glowbug mascot, Luma. *** OPTIONAL AI SUPPORT *** BestLight can: • Help tag your entries for better relevance + recall • Turn your moments into supportive reflections • Offer a simple acknowledgment when you need it AI features are totally optional (and optimized for energy-efficiency!). *** WHY BESTLIGHT FEELS DIFFERENT *** • Private, personal journaling — no social feed • Focused on real evidence, not toxic positivity • Supports mindfulness, reflection, and self-trust • No comparison, no pressure • Option to export and share your positive moments No advice.
