Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: HitVPN at 3.2 against Мой ОКС's 2.7. HitVPN also leads on ratings volume (548 vs 7) and device support (4 vs 2). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
HitVPN holds the better App Store score, 3.2 against 2.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: HitVPN has 548 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 44% of HitVPN's written reviews are positive against 50% of Мой ОКС's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
HitVPN ships an update every 3 weeks, Мой ОКС every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and September 28, 2026 respectively.
