The all new Bay Island Car Share Member App now makes it easier for members and residents of the Southern Morten Bay Islands to get out and about on the mainland. We’ve taken on all our members feedback and suggestions from over the years to simplify the way you move on the mainland. With a simplified and streamlined design, managing your bookings, and getting on the road has never been easier. Book a car The new book a car feature allows you to easily get on the road in just a few clicks. Take a car for a few hours, all day or overnight or longer in a matter of moments and with the new trip estimator you can get a better picture of the total cost of your trip including KMs. Want to take a specific car? You can now also select your preferred vehicle when making your booking. Get moving quicker Start your journey and get on the road the moment you get to the Marina. Receive your car allocation and lockbox code all through the app in real time. No more looking for text messages or emails. Get familiar with your allocated car with our quick 60 second vehicle guides before you get underway. Lost or found something? Snap a photo and submit a report through the app to have it reunited with its owner. Keep moving for as long as you need Extensions can now be made on the go through the app with instant confirmation. Lost track of time? The app will now let you know when your booking is soon to end and automatically extend for you so you are never running late again. Manage your bookings You can now see all your upcoming bookings and make changes before you get on the road. Need to cancel? The app now allows you to cancel bookings right up to your start time! Review your past bookings and trips taken and download your invoices in an instant. Manage your account You can now update your credit card details and add additional drivers all through your account setting. We have expanded and simplified our protection offering allowing you to choose your preferred level of cover for all your future bookings.
