Glissa
Read full descriptionHide full description
Glissa is a calm, glossy puzzle game where gems behave like liquid. Gems of the same colour reach out to each other and fuse into soft, breathing blobs. Swipe a gem one step to join its colour into a blob of four or more, and the blob bursts, pulling together into a single drop before it pops. The board refills from above and new blobs form on their own. Bigger blobs leave something behind: • Five: a glide gem that sends a bar of light along its row, column or diagonal, melting through every gem it passes. • Six: an ink gem that dyes the gems around it into its own colour, so they fuse and burst next. • Seven or more: mercury, a chrome drop that swallows every gem of the colour you swap it with. Swap two special gems together and both go off, stronger. Every scene is drawn live on your phone's graphics chip: the gems are shapes made of light and maths rather than pictures, which is how they can melt into each other so smoothly. • 60 hand-tuned levels with score targets, colours to collect and three stars to earn • Gentle waves of light that roll across the board between moves • Short, satisfying end-of-level bonus (tap to skip) • Sound effects and haptics, each easy to turn off • Plays offline.
