Yep, our Culinary Dept. cut and process all the veg for ~60 stores across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Gold Coast. Every single day, seven days / week. Better yet, every bowl is gluten-free and dairy-free as standard. We’ve got halal-friendly, vegan, vegetarian, and even picky eater options across our menu too. What’s in a bowl? Good question friend. * Start with your base – mixed leaves, sushi rice, brown rice or cabbage. * Choose your veg – kale, bok choy, beets, carrot, onion to name a few. * Add protein into the mix – poached chicken, slow-cooked beef, miso-glazed salmon fillet, salmon sashimi, miso-glazed eggplant or roasted tofu. * Toss in our house dressings – think miso, sesame, tamari, shoyu – with a fresh, modern twist. * Top it off with crunch – how does house tamari almonds or umami cashew crunch sound?
