Vægtløftning (VL-program) is a logging and programming tool built for Olympic weightlifting gyms. Coaches plan the week's sessions and assign them to their members. Athletes open the app, see what's on for today, and log each set as they go. FOR COACHES • Build training programs in a familiar set/rep/load/percentage format. Save them as templates you can apply across weeks. • Program for the whole gym, individual groups, or single athletes - schema scopes everything correctly. • See every athlete's logged sets, including notes they've left for you about how the session felt. • A gym-wide stats view: total volume, PRs across members, who's trending up or hitting a plateau. • Group management: organise members into squads, program different sessions per group, swap members between groups. FOR ATHLETES • Open today's session. Hit a checkbox for each set you complete. Type the actual weight if it differed from what was prescribed. • Mark a set as a clean lift, a press-out, or a no-lift. • Add extra sets the coach didn't program - same logging affordance, just yours. • Add your own warm-up or accessory exercises to a session without bothering the coach. • A personal stats view: 7-day kg, year-to-date tonnes, your heaviest lift, current streak, most-improved over 90 days. • Community feed: optional posts about sessions, with automatic PR celebrations when you hit a new all-time max on a clean lift. Gym-scoped - only your gym sees it.
