Stuck at the intermediate plateau? DailyFret is your daily practice coach — it tells you exactly what to work on each day to go from playing memorised shapes to improvising with real understanding. Most guitar apps hand you songs and tabs. DailyFret teaches the WHY underneath, so the fretboard finally makes sense and you can play what you hear. A FEW FOCUSED MINUTES A DAY • A generated daily practice session — no more wondering what to work on • Streaks, XP and a musicianship score that turn practice into visible progress • A GitHub-style heatmap of your practice journey LEARN THE FUNDAMENTALS — AND UNDERSTAND THEM • Fretboard — find any note, anywhere on the neck • Intervals, Triads & the Major Scale — how music is actually built • CAGED — five shapes that map the whole neck • The Pentatonic — the scale behind almost every solo Every skill starts with a short, interactive lesson before you practise. ACTUALLY PLAY YOUR GUITAR • Play a scale and the app LISTENS through your mic and grades each note • Jam over blues, rock and slow-rock backing tracks with the scale lit up on the neck • Solo across all five pentatonic shapes • A strumming trainer and a one-minute chord-change drill • A built-in tuner and metronome YOUR OWN AI COACH Ask your coach what to practise today and get a personal recommendation based on your progress, your weak spots, your experience and your goals. BRING YOUR SONGS Paste any chord chart into your library, and browse a curated song catalog. Whether you've played for two years or ten, if you practise 20 minutes a day, DailyFret is the fastest path from intermediate player to confident improviser. Pick up your guitar. Let's practise.
