No Guess Minesweeper
Read full descriptionHide full description
Classic Minesweeper, rebuilt so you never have to guess. Most Minesweeper games eventually corner you: two squares, one mine, a coin flip. This one cannot. Every board is run through a logical solver before it reaches you, and only boards completable by pure deduction are served. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT - Guaranteed no-guess boards. A three-stage solver checks every puzzle: direct counts, overlapping-region logic, and full frontier analysis against the mines you have left. - Hints that teach. Stuck? The hint does not just reveal a square. It names the deduction you missed and shows you the numbers that prove it. - A loss screen that explains. Step on a mine and the game tells you whether it was provable or whether you were simply early - then offers the board back. - Daily Challenge. Three verified boards a day, identical for every player worldwide. Build a streak. - Five sizes, from 9x12 to 12x26, every one shaped for a phone held in one hand. - Real statistics. Win rate, best times, current and longest streak, and clearing rate for players who care about efficiency rather than luck. - Eight themes, light and dark, plus a colour-blind palette and adjustable number size. Every one verified for contrast, including in high-contrast mode. - Your last 400 boards, with time and result - and a copy button that hands them to a spreadsheet. - Chording, hold-to-flag, undo, and full haptics. - Auto-save. Close it mid-board, come back a week later. NO NONSENSE No ads. No banners. No interruptions. No accounts and no sign-in. No coins, no lives, no waiting. Your boards, statistics and streaks stay on your device. The game sends anonymous counts of which boards get played, and you can switch that off in Settings. The whole game is free: every difficulty, the Daily Challenge, every statistic, your full board history, and free hints on every board - three on Easy and Medium, fewer on the hardest - refilled every board, forever. Hitting a mine ends the board, exactly as Minesweeper always has. "Retry this board" then gives you the same layout back, free, and nothing is ever offered for sale on that screen. One optional payment, once, adds a step back after a fatal tap - thirty seconds on the clock instead of a lost board - lifts the hint limit, and adds four more themes and a custom board builder. No board, and no part of one, is ever behind it: every puzzle here is finishable without a single hint. Minesweeper is thirty years old and still the best pure-logic puzzle ever designed. It just needed the guessing taken out.

Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: No Guess Minesweeper at none against Find Objects's shown. No Guess Minesweeper also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 5 months). Find Objects's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.1). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
