Activate shares 100% of its profits with members to fund their ideas and with 100 benevolent partner organizations, including groups representing key workers (like teachers), NGOs such as Save the Children, and environmental organizations like the World Wildlife Fund. The total profit-sharing model aligns moral and financial incentives in society while uplifting everyone equally, an overdue alternative to today’s wealth concentration and shareholder-first culture. Activate empowers the people and planet through three core features: Wallet - Activate hopes to fund each member $10 each in their in-app wallet. Members can transfer and pool funds to back their ideas and grassroots projects or donate to organizations they wish to support on the network. Map - A real-time world map to post, discover, and crowdfund grassroots projects using Wallet funds. With more than 5B social media users worldwide, Activate hopes to generate more than 50B in potential public funding that otherwise would have been pocketed by corporations. Activate America App gives volunteers the ability to see key stats associated with their phone banking and postcard efforts to get out the vote.
