Verdict
The clearest difference is ratings volume: Everywhere Is Queer at 626 against RideWithACE's 3. Everywhere Is Queer also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 11 months). RideWithACE's advantage is monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.
