Keep track of your energy usage—electricity, gas, and water—all in one place. The VerbrauchsPilot app makes recording your household meter readings easier than ever: Just point your camera at the meter, and the app automatically reads the value using OCR and saves it directly as a reading—including a photo as proof. Manage Meters Add as many electricity, gas, and water meters as you like. Enter the name, meter number, location, and unit—all clearly organized and editable at any time. Automatic Recording via Camera The built-in OCR recognition reads meter readings directly from the display. Alternatively, you can upload photos from your gallery. All images are saved as proof. Rates & Costs Enter rates with the active price, base price, and validity period. For gas, the calorific value and condition factor are automatically factored in—so you always see your actual costs. Analysis & Evaluation Monthly consumption and cost charts with an average line. Year-over-year comparisons show you at a glance how your consumption is trending. Anomaly Detection If your current consumption deviates by more than 50% from the 6-month average, you’ll automatically receive a push notification—before your bill arrives. Reminders Configurable reminders per meter—weekly, biweekly, monthly, or quarterly—so you never miss a meter reading again. Data Export Export your data as a CSV (Excel-compatible) file or as an A4 PDF report.
