Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: DisConnect at none against Ring Sizer's shown. DisConnect also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months) and review sentiment (100% vs 90%). Ring Sizer's advantage is ratings volume (33 vs 2) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ring Sizer sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days and DisConnect sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Ring Sizer against 5.0 for DisConnect. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Ring Sizer has 33 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 90% of Ring Sizer's written reviews are positive against 100% of DisConnect's.
Ring Sizer ships an update every 2 months, DisConnect weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
