Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Ditherable at none against Pressed's 1. Ditherable also leads on ratings volume (80 vs 2) and iOS requirement (16.4 vs 18.0). Pressed's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 months). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
