Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Methods at 100% against Expelled!'s 57%. Methods also leads on rating (4.6 vs 4.0) and price ($2.99 vs $5.99). Expelled!'s advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs fortnightly) and ratings volume (49 vs 9). On ads, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.
