I use this app to count how many shots I hit when playing golf on my Apple Watch. The information you enter on your Apple Watch is sent to your iPhone so you can see how many strokes you made on each hole. The information you enter for each hole is immediately summed up so you can see your overall score. The entire score is stored in history, after you finish the game. It can be accessed at any time. MindMellow starts with how you are, not with a library. Check in each day with a single tap. That answer shapes what the app suggests: a grounding session on a hard day, something for focus when you're steady, a wind-down when it's late. Over time, MindMellow shows you what actually helps — your mood on the days you practise, set against the days you don't. GUIDED SESSIONS, SPOKEN 37 guided meditations across sleep, anxiety, focus, gratitude and foundations, from a 60-second reset to a 12-minute body scan. Every session is spoken over a soft bed of rain, waves or forest that you can change or turn off, and the whole library works offline. SEVEN COURSES Multi-day programmes that build a practice one short session at a time: a 7-day foundations course, a 14-day anxiety reset, and more. BREATHE — ALWAYS FREE Six breathing patterns with a pacer that expands and settles with you. 4-7-8 for calming down, box breathing for focus, a two-minute reset for the moment you need one. SLEEP Eleven wind-downs and a set of soundscapes. When you open a sleep session the whole app turns dark, so the last thing on your screen is quiet. JOURNAL Write a line after a session while it's still with you, or come back later. Guided prompt packs go deeper when you want them. A FREE TIER THAT'S ACTUALLY USEFUL 12 sessions, one full course, every breathing pattern, mood check-ins and the journal are free. Premium adds the full library, all courses, the sleep collection, mood insights and prompt packs. PREMIUM Try everything free for 7 days. Then $119.99 per year or $12.99 per month.
