Just simply register your profile, specifying whether you are the owner of the dishwasher (Kitchen Manager User) or the certified technician in charge of carrying out ordinary and extraordinary maintenance interventions (Service User). With H-CLOUD by HOONVED you will always have at your disposal: • Always Updated Documentation: lists of parameters of the connected unit, technical documentation, SW updates*. • Statistics, machine status and HACCP data. You will also be able to carry out remotely and via your smartphone: • Monitor of unit’s statistics, activities and parameters, optimization of loads • Selection and activation of the washing program (Kitchen Manager Interface) and the possibility of modifying cycle parameters and temperatures (Service User Interface). • Periodic ordinary maintenance (User Service) through real-time monitoring of anomalies (alarms).
