About

YCoach

Features

YCoach is your personal coach for goals, workouts, nutrition and everyday life – on iPhone and Apple Watch. Just say what you want, and YCoach turns it into a plan that really fits you. SAY WHAT YOU WANT – THE COACH PLANS IT "Lose 3 kg in 4 weeks, prep breakfast the night before, lunch is spontaneous, Turkish food in the evening, no pork. Train two muscle groups 3× a week, then run for 30 minutes." The AI coach understands your wish and creates goals, a weekly menu with single-portion recipes and your workout plan. Meals you want to skip stay empty. It takes complaints like back problems into account when choosing exercises – and asks when something important is missing. GOALS THAT TRACK THEMSELVES Steps, sleep, workouts, active energy and weight come straight from Apple Health. Log water, coffee or your own goals with one tap – on iPhone or on your wrist. Your rings show where you stand today. EAT WITHOUT DOING THE MATHS Recipes with nutrition facts, a weekly menu and photo analysis of your meal: YCoach recognises the components and estimates calories, protein, carbs and fat. TRAINING WITH A PLAN Strength, running, mobility – with exercises, sets and duration as a checklist. Several sessions a day? No problem, e.g. "30 min strength, 15 min cardio". ACHIEVE MORE TOGETHER Start a group with friends or family: shared goals (required or optional), a shared menu, leaderboard, week overview, reactions and moments that disappear after 10 seconds. Whoever is ahead at the end gets the crown. PROGRESS THAT MOTIVATES Plan vs. reality, streaks, badges and a personal report show what works. APPLE WATCH Your rings, what's next on your plan and quick logging – right on your wrist. PRIVATE FROM THE START Your health data stays on your device. No ads, no tracking. YCoach AI (ChatGPT by OpenAI) is used only with your consent – without your name and without Apple Health values. Face ID lock if you like. FOR EVERYONE YCoach follows your iPhone's accessibility settings: VoiceOver, Voice Control, larger text, dark appearance, increased contrast and reduced motion. STRENGTHEN YOUR MIND – 5 MINUTES FOR YOUR HEAD Five short exercises a day: remember words and stories, find symbols, number sequences, mental arithmetic, rotating figures, reaction. Eleven exercise types and ten levels adapt to you, and the tasks are generated fresh every day. Streak, weekly goal and stars keep you going. As a goal you choose the duration, how often per day and a reminder in the morning or evening; in your group, one session a day counts as a bonus. The exercises are for training and do not replace a medical examination or advice.
