LYNX II, the APP for all Orion connected devices. Configure Lyra and get notifications directly on you phone when abnormal behavior is detected on your facilities. To use the app a company and user account needs to be setup in Orion, contact your local SafeLine support for more info.

CiBot gives authorized Cibes installers and service teams a single place to find technical guidance and collaborate with support. Use CiBot to: • Ask field questions and receive structured AI-assisted answers grounded in approved technical sources. • Inspect cited evidence and supporting images. • Search the Doc Hub and keep selected documents available offline. • Attach photos or videos to a support session. • Escalate a conversation to human technical support and follow its status. • Use speech input and listen to answers when hands-free assistance is useful. • Review, rate, recap, and export sessions according to your role. CiBot requires a managed Cibes account. Access and available tools depend on the user’s assigned role and region. CiBot contains no advertising or in-app purchases.
