Aaku helps healthcare professionals find and share links to publicly available urology patient information leaflets during consultations. FIND AND ORGANISE Browse 186 leaflets in 13 sections. Search by title or clinical shorthand, see the named publisher, save favourites, and create groups for the consultations you run. SHARE A LINK OR QR CODE Copy the publisher's web address into a letter, or copy a QR image into a document. Show the QR code full screen for a patient to scan and open the publisher's leaflet in their browser. PRINT LINK HANDOUTS Print or save a single leaflet handout, or generate a sheet for a group. These locally generated PDFs contain titles, publisher names, web links and QR codes. They do not contain copies of the publishers' leaflet documents. CONTENT STAYS WITH ITS PUBLISHER Aaku links to publicly accessible information published by BAUS, Prostate Cancer UK, Macmillan and other named organisations. Aaku does not host, store, reproduce, rewrite or summarise their PDFs or leaflet content, and does not author the clinical information in those leaflets. Opening a leaflet takes you to the original publisher's website, where its terms apply. AVAILABLE OFFLINE The links, search, favourites, groups, QR generation and link handouts work offline. An internet connection is required to open publisher documents. There are no accounts, advertising or in app behavioural analytics. Favourites and group names stay on your device and may be included in your own device backup. Aaku is a personal hobby project developed by Kalyan Gudaru, a consultant urologist and robotic surgeon based in London, UK, with no commercial gain. Aaku provides reference links, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment recommendations. It does not assess individual patients and is not a medical device. Clinicians remain responsible for selecting suitable, current information and discussing it with their patients. Aaku is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any listed publisher or the NHS.

Verdict
The clearest difference is device support: EMUC at 3 against Aaku's 1. On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
