Our Norwood based studios, have a considered range of classes that have been consciously designed by our physiotherapists and exercise physiologists with fun, simplicity and effectiveness in mind. From the expectant mum who needs a more gentle, tailored workout to accommodate her changing belly, right through to the empty nester ready to get back in touch with her body. Our classes focus on a mix of cardio and strengthening all whilst improving posture, stability and overall health and wellness. With a considered approach to pelvic floor health, you can be rest assured you will be looked after by our team of experienced Women's Health physiotherapists and exercise physiologists throughout your sessions.

The Yogafusion app makes it very easy for you to manage your Yogafusion account, book into our classes and events, watch our on-demand content, and keep in touch with us.
