Simply skip it by checking N/A. Each item has an area to put notes or pictures for reference or to further explain condition. - Equipment section- besides checking the boxes, this section also allows you to name each piece of equipment so you will have record of the clients exact equipment. **Recording equipment type/make/model is helpful and could save you an extra trip to the location if/when said piece of equipment needs replacement in the future. - Add a picture/pictures if you wish, for ease of price quotation when potentially needed down the road. Once completed the assessment will automatically be emailed to the email you provided in the initial section with customer information.
