Newsbound

Newsbound helps companies run PR in-house. The app supports two workflows: real-time PR for responding to what’s happening now in the news, and announcements for planning and executing company news outreach. Newsbound takes on the manual parts of PR execution. It monitors news, competitor activity, and broader industry signals to surface relevant opportunities. For each opportunity, it identifies journalists based on what they actually cover and how recently they’ve written about related topics. Outreach is drafted to fit the specific journalist and the current context, using their recent work rather than templates. PR workflows are handled end to end. Newsbound supports opportunity discovery, journalist selection, pitch drafting, sending, follow-ups, and contact tracking in a single system. It reflects common newsroom expectations around timing, relevance, and outreach volume, and keeps a record of activity so teams don’t double pitch or lose track of conversations. The product is designed to work alongside human judgment. Users bring strategic direction and creative perspective. Newsbound handles execution and structure, with Customer Success support to help teams improve how they frame stories for journalists over time. Newsbound is a product, not a PR agency. It’s built for teams that want visibility into their PR work and a consistent way to execute without agency retainers.
