DetoxScore answers one question: how hard was your day, really? Commit to hard things in the morning. A cold shower. Fifteen minutes of silence. A full day without social media. Every challenge is worth a fixed number of points — the same points for everyone, everywhere. No shortcuts, no personal easy mode. By night, check off what you actually did. Your score is what you earned, not what you promised. COMMIT • 40 challenges across stillness, body, digital detox, consumption, and momentum • Wake and bedtime targets — earlier is worth more • Timed challenges run through an in-app timer that only counts if you finish PROVE IT • Follow-through rate: committing to 300 and hitting 150 is worse than committing to 150 and hitting 150 • Day badges from Bronze to Titanium — earned, never bought • Every score shows how much of it was verified SHARE THE RECEIPT • A clean, dark score card built for the group chat • Your streak, your badge, your proof BUILT TO BE CLOSED • No account. No feed. No notifications begging you back. • Under two minutes of screen time a day — the rest happens in real life • All data stays on your device. We collect nothing. The score is never for sale. Every point in DetoxScore is earned the same way by everyone: by doing the hard thing. Keep your word. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
