Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Post Office at 4.8 against FantaSanremo's 4.0. Post Office also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). FantaSanremo's advantage is review sentiment (38% vs 25%) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.1). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Post Office holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 4 and 8 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 38% of FantaSanremo's written reviews are positive against 25% of Post Office's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
FantaSanremo ships an update every 3 days, Post Office every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
