4 vs Parqlet

Information at your fingertips! This app gives you direct access to your account balance, location and contract information. It also gives you the ability to store and process payment and request service work and deliveries directly through the app.

Parqlet is resident-led shared guest parking for condos, apartments, and any community with assigned resident parking. Share your parking spot with your neighbor when you're not using it and earn credits. Use those credits to book a spot for your own guests — confirmed in seconds, so you're never scrambling to find them a place to park. Don't have a parking spot of your own? You can still book guest parking — just purchase credits directly in the app. Every resident is verified — your email is checked against the records your building's management already has, so we know you actually live there. Each building operates in its own secure, isolated environment — no outside users, no access to other buildings. Your building's management gets full visibility into every booking, keeping the garage secure for everyone. No spot available right now? Send a request and your neighbors will be notified — someone will offer their spot. Visit parqlet.com to learn more.
