Bring Your Discord Voice Chats to Life with Sona! Ever wanted a Discord soundboard you could actually reach for — instead of tabbing out of your game, hunting through folders, or fighting an overlay that tanks your FPS? Or maybe you're on console, where you can't use a soundboard at all. Meet Sona: a Discord bot and companion app that turns your phone into a dedicated controller for your voice channel. Every soundbite on your device, every sound on your server's soundboard, and now an AI assistant that talks back — all in one app that's always within reach. NEW: MEET SONA AI Hold the talk key on Home while you're in a voice channel and Sona listens, then answers out loud for the whole channel to hear. • Run the room by voice — queue a song, skip a track, pause the music, with no commands to type. • It plays more than music. Name a podcast clip, a movie scene, even a meme, and Sona finds it. • Ask it just about anything — game strategy, world facts, science, history, film, TV and music trivia. • Go hands-free with “Hey Sona.” Say it out loud in your voice channel and Sona wakes up on its own. (In beta, English first, with more languages on the way.) Sona AI runs on AI Credits. You get a fresh daily and weekly allowance, plus a reserve you can top up with your daily reward or a quick ad. YOUR PRIVACY COMES FIRST Sona joins every server deafened, so the bot hears nothing until your admins decide otherwise. Your voice is never stored or shared. And “Never listen for me” in Settings stops Sona from ever opening an audio stream for you — on every server you're in, no matter what its admins choose. KEY FEATURES Unlimited Sound Library: No caps, no limits. Import as many songs, memes and clips as you like from your phone or the Files app — and play them into voice chat as often as you want, free forever. The Sona Gallery: No need to hunt for audio. Browse a curated gallery of the trendiest clips and funniest drops right in the app, with full search and category filters. Total Organization: Sort your sounds into custom tags and find the perfect punchline in seconds, in a beautiful grid where every tile is shaded by its tags. Set a custom cover image on any sound to make your library truly your own. Built-In Audio Editor: Trim, fade, normalize, and bend speed or pitch without touching desktop software (Sona Pro). Cloud Backup & Sync: Never lose your library. Back it up to iCloud or Google Drive so your collection is ready the moment you switch devices. Discord Soundboard Sync: Already built a soundboard on your server? Pull those sounds straight into Sona and play them alongside the rest of your library. Voice Channel Greetings: Make an entrance. Pick a clip that plays whenever you join a voice channel. With Sona Pro, give each server its own greeting, or use one of your own soundbites. Shareable Sound Links: Sona Pro members can send any soundbite to a friend as a link — and anyone can open and play it, Pro or not. Per-Server Bot Settings: Every server has its own vibe. Set auto-join, command prefixes, custom command aliases and more, so the bot fits right in. LEVEL UP WITH SONA PRO • Custom universal and per-server voice channel greetings • Your own sound as Sona's “Hey Sona” acknowledgement • The built-in audio editor • Shareable sound links for your friends • A bigger AI Credit allowance • An ad-free experience WHY SONA? Discord's desktop soundboard forces you to choose between your focus and your memes. Sona gives you both: a dedicated controller in your hand that never clutters your screen, plus an assistant that runs the music while you play. It's your sounds, your style and your timing — unforgettable every time. Download Sona today and take over the voice channel!
