With an accepted quote from a WeQuote project, our partners can now use our Snagg application to track field service engineers, quote additional work and measure profitability. For those "can you just?" moments. As installers we hate to say "no" to special requests. With Snagg you can instantly share additional work requests with colleagues, quickly quote customers and get approval for extra work. Accurately measure labour. Field engineers use Snagg to easily log the time spent on each aspect of a project. This data links back to WeQuote and is measured against the allocated labour. Powerful integration with WeQuote. Snagg was designed to integrate with your accepted proposals on WeQuote. This enables integrators to measure the real-time cost of their quoted resources. Snagg is part of the WeQuote family.

Certify smarter. Certify faster. Certly turns your iPad into a compliance certificate workstation. Built for electricians, fire alarm engineers and other trades who issue certificates on site, it replaces messy paperwork and clunky desktop tools with a single, fast app designed for the field. Whether you're issuing an EICR, minor works certificate, or fire detection and alarm system commissioning, Certly handles the full workflow — from booking the job to handing over a signed PDF. What you can do with Certly • Create compliant certificates in landscape on your iPad, with all the inputs structured the way the standards expect • Manage clients and their properties — quickly pull up history, contacts and previous work • Schedule jobs and view them in a calendar that fits the way you actually plan your week • Build templates for the certificates you issue most often, so a new cert is half-filled before you start • Run auto quality checks that flag missing fields, inconsistencies and common errors before you sign off • Capture site evidence with the iPad camera and attach photos directly to certificates • Sign and have your customer sign on-screen — no printing, no scanning • Generate professional PDF certificates ready to email or hand over before you leave the site • Stay in sync across devices — pick up where you left off when you swap between iPads Designed for the way trades work: Certly is landscape-only on iPad because that's how you actually use a tablet on a job — propped on a clipboard, on the bonnet of the van, or laid flat on a desk. The interface is dense where you need it (long forms with multiple inputs visible at once) and lean where you don't. Compliance you can trust: Certly's certificate structures track the canonical formats used in UK certification. The auto quality check engine reduces the most common reasons certificates get bounced back, so what you issue is right first time. Subscription: Certly is offered on a subscription. New users can try the app and review plans inside the app. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period. Support: Need help getting set up or have a feature request? Get in touch from inside the Settings tab and we'll respond fast.
