Walt Wallet and Passes
Read full descriptionHide full description
Walt keeps your passes, tickets and scannable cards on your iPhone, and nowhere else. There is no account to create, no sign-in, and no server holding your data. Add a pass and it stays on the device you added it to. WHAT YOU CAN ADD - Wallet passes in .pkpass format: boarding passes, event tickets, loyalty cards, coupons - PDFs and documents you need to show at a door, a gate, or a counter - Scannable cards: point the camera at the barcode on a plastic loyalty card and Walt keeps the code itself, not a photo of it - Passes from a link, with a confirmation step before anything is fetched FIVE BARCODE FORMATS QR, Code 128, EAN-13, UPC-A and Code 39, rendered bright and full screen so a scanner reads them the first time. SHARE STRAIGHT INTO WALT Share a .pkpass file, a PDF, or a link from any app and Walt is there in the share sheet. You confirm what gets saved before it is stored. BUILT TO STAY ON YOUR DEVICE - No account and no sign-in - Passes are held in a database protected by iOS Data Protection, tied to your device passcode - The camera is used only to read a barcode. No photos are taken, stored or uploaded - Diagnostics are off unless you switch them on, and you choose when that permission expires
