Aviation Calculator puts everyday flight calculations behind dedicated keys, with the feel of a familiar pocket calculator. Designed for student and private pilots, it brings wind, navigation, fuel and performance calculations together. FLIGHT KEYS AT YOUR FINGERTIPS Calculate crosswind and gust components, wind correction, heading, groundspeed, time en route, fuel requirements and density altitude. Explore the function library, weight-and-balance tools and unit converter. PILOT TOOLS Save aircraft profiles and enter loading stations and CG envelope data from your aircraft documentation. Explore direct, parallel and teardrop holding entries with colored sectors and an animated aircraft. Check Zulu/UTC and local clocks, use a stopwatch or countdown, and calculate durations. BEYOND THE BASICS Plan a descent, convert climb gradients, explore turn performance, estimate still-air glide range, find a point of no return or equal-time point, and interpolate between chart values. UNDERSTAND THE RESULT See units beside inputs. Load clearly marked examples. Read formulas, sources and assumptions. Invalid or impossible inputs produce an explanation. YOUR PREFERRED UNITS Choose knots or miles per hour, US gallons or liters, and 0–6 decimal places in Settings. Display precision does not round the underlying calculation values. YOUR WORK, ON YOUR DEVICE Pin favorite functions and revisit saved calculations. Use Siri and Shortcuts for time en route, fuel required, crosswind, density altitude and top of descent with active access. BUILT FOR iPHONE, iPAD AND MAC Calculator keys adapt to compact displays. A wide window keeps the function library beside your work. Calculations work offline during your trial or after unlocking. No developer account, advertising or tracking. 30 DAYS FREE. THEN $9.99 ONCE. Activate the free 30-day Trial with Apple to try all features. After 30 days, a one-time US $9.99 purchase is required to continue calculating. Local App Store pricing may vary. No subscription. No automatic charge. Saved results stay readable. Internet is needed to activate, purchase or restore; use the same Apple Account to restore access. Aviation Calculator is a planning and training aid. Verify results using approved aircraft documents and current conditions. Approximate calculations and diagrams are labeled. Aircraft performance charts, approved CG envelope data, live weather and regulatory decisions are not supplied.
