This app will help you to prepare and practice for Block Design Test. Additionally it will allow you to develop logical thinking, improve memory, hand mobility, recognition of color and concentration. Good achievements on the block design test can be a forecast of great performance in subjects such as engineering and physics. A block design test is a subtest from different IQ test types which is used to evaluate the intellect of individuals. It is supposed to stimulate spatial visualization and motor skills. The test taker uses hand movements to rearrange blocks with different color patterns on different sides to match a pattern. Here are some of the prominent IQ tests that feature the Block Design Test: 1. Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale (WAIS): The WAIS is one of the most widely used IQ tests for adults. The Block Design subtest is a part of this assessment and is used to measure spatial visualization ability and motor skills. 2. Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children (WISC): The WISC is designed for children aged 6 to 16. Like the WAIS, it includes the Block Design subtest, which helps in evaluating a child's perceptual reasoning and visual-motor coordination. 3. Wechsler Preschool and Primary Scale of Intelligence (WPPSI): The WPPSI is aimed at children aged 2 years and 6 months to 7 years and 7 months. The Block Design subtest in this scale assesses similar skills in younger children. 4. Stanford-Binet Intelligence Scales: While not always included in every version, certain editions of the Stanford-Binet test have incorporated a Block Design subtest or similar tasks that assess spatial and organizational skills. The Block Design Test is a valuable component in these IQ tests as it provides insights into an individual's non-verbal intelligence, problem-solving skills, and ability to analyze and synthesize abstract visual patterns.

WordLeaf helps readers ages 13 and up explore English words and read pages at their own pace. Designed for iPad and fully usable on iPhone. WORD: DISCOVER A MEANING Type or say a word to explore English definitions, pronunciation and examples. Ask for simpler wording where available, then save useful words for later. READ: BRING YOUR OWN PAGE Photograph a page, import a photo, or paste text. Automatic page detection can focus on a complete page beside a partly photographed neighbor. Tap words without losing your place. On a wide iPad, keep word help beside the passage or hide it for a full-width reading view. LISTEN AND FOLLOW Natural English voices are included for offline use on supported physical devices, with Apple speech as a fallback. Follow highlighted words, pause and resume, drag the reading progress bar to choose a word, and select a slower or faster reading speed. SAVE AND PRACTICE Build a personal word collection and revisit it with short review questions. Separate local reader profiles keep each reader's saved words and preferences together. Adjust reading text size to suit you. ENGLISH FIRST English definitions stay visible when optional translations are enabled. A focused offline reading collection covers 10,000 words with short definitions and checked examples where available, alongside the full attributed open reference dictionary and original draft definitions. Numbered meanings help you choose the sense that fits. Default filtering hides identified explicit or graphic meanings; it cannot identify every mature topic. ON-DEVICE BY DESIGN Reader photos, voice input, profiles and saved words stay on your device. No WordLeaf account, advertising or third-party analytics. Optional generated explanations require iOS/iPadOS 26 or later on an Apple Intelligence-compatible device with Apple Intelligence enabled and ready. Optional translations prefer installed language packs, with one-time setup when needed and supported on-device AI as a fallback. The core offline dictionary works without Apple Intelligence. 14 DAYS TO EXPLORE Open WordLeaf and start using it immediately with 14 free days from first launch.
