Society Collective vs Catalyst Coaching

The Reform Society app makes it very easy for you to manage your Reform Society account, book into our classes and events, watch our on-demand content, and keep in touch with us. You can easily message us if you have a question or want to share something with them. You can also follow our public feed to see any announcements we make, promos we run, or content we share.

Catalyst Coaching keeps you and your coach connected between sessions. Your training, nutrition, check-ins, and progress all live in one place. WHAT YOU CAN DO - Follow the training program your coach built for you, and log your sets, reps, and lifts as you go. - Track your nutrition against the targets your coach sets, and stay on top of your calories and macros. - Check in each week with your weight, measurements, photos, and notes, so your coach can adjust your plan. - Message your coach directly, any time, without losing it in a text thread. - See your progress add up over time: weight trends, daily steps, and a score that shows whether you are on track. Everything your coach gives you sits in one simple app, so you can focus on showing up and doing the work. Access requires an active coaching plan with Catalyst Coaching, bought separately. There are no purchases inside the app.
