About

These Hours

Your real life, counted. These Hours is a quiet record of time well spent. Start an hour for dinner, a walk, a game or a little time for yourself. Finish when it ends and keep a simple record of what happened, who joined and how long it lasted. MAKE TIME TOGETHER Invite friends with a QR code or a link. They can join in their browser with a nickname, without downloading an app or creating an account. Guests can leave when they need to, and choose whether to keep the hour afterwards. KEEP YOUR HOURS Look back through your saved activities, with the total duration and each person's joined time. Add a photo privately on your phone and choose a share card for a message or status post. Nothing is posted automatically. SIMPLE AND PRIVATE Choose the nickname people see. Lock joining or remove a participant when needed. Open invitations show your nickname and activity title, so share them only with people you know. Your email stays private from other participants. The core experience is free. No subscription is needed to start, join, save or revisit your hours. Optional selected-app measurement is off by default. With your Screen Time permission, choose individual apps and start measuring during an hour. %IRL is an indicative estimate from selected-app usage milestones during tracked hours. It is not a complete measure of phone use or proof of attention. They stay on your device and can be deleted. Normal hours need no measurement. These Hours does not use background location. Joined time records participation in an hour, not verified physical presence. For ages 13 and over. MAKE ROOM FOR WHAT MATTERS Well Spent is an optional membership for personal projects, personal or shared goals, and planned or recurring activities. Choose monthly or annual billing, with the same features. Free invitees can join shared plans and goals without a subscription. Your everyday hours, co-hosting, badges, history and sharing stay free. FIND YOUR GOOD HOURS Search your saved activities, browse by month or calendar and see a monthly recap. Monthly recap emails are a separate optional choice for adults. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your App Store account. The price and billing period are shown before purchase. Restore purchases or manage membership in Profile.
