Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: SSPP Naperville at 5.0 against IJAS's 3.5. SSPP Naperville also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.6). IJAS's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs every 6 months) and ratings volume (14 vs 1). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
