One of the big reasons why a good hair care routine does not work is people become busy, forget and drop off from their routine. Dr Nambi's Ayushoveda hair care app is your best friend - reminding you to take five minutes for yourself to apply the oils on your scalp. Try to keep this up for at least six weeks and you will start to notice a difference in the quality of your hair. Use this in conjunction with the oils provided by Dr Nambi
