You can record who reported a particular issue and communicate with them via email from inside the application. The journal provides you with a place to "think out loud", to reflect on what you did and to learn from your successes and failures. Stinkbug is highly customizable and does not try to bind you to any particular project management methodology. You can use as many or as few of its features as you need.
