The clearest difference is ads: Pallawan at none against Trippy Trunkz's shown. Pallawan also leads on update cadence (every 5 days vs monthly) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). Trippy Trunkz's advantage is ratings volume (40 vs 1). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Pallawan against 4.9 for Trippy Trunkz. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Trippy Trunkz has 40 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
