Access Wayfinder was a platform designed out of an essential need to inform people about accessibility before visiting nearby businesses or points of interest. We interviewed businesses for information regarding their accessibility as sometimes, in historic buildings, accommodations may not be ADA-compliant. We visited and called local businesses to find out: • Is the entrance accessible? (no stairs, adequate width) • Is the interior accommodating? (would it be hard for a wheelchair to move through aisles) • Is there accessible parking nearby? (designated handicap spots or just nearby parking lots) • Is there an accessible restroom? • Is there a place to sit down for people to rest? Through this app, we hope to ensure a positive experience for those with physical difficulties, and also inspire businesses to do as much as they can to improve their accessibility. Whether it's installing a ramp to the entrance, or just spacing out the tables so that there are clear paths to go through, these little things make the visiting experience so much smoother for everyone. We plan to continue to expand Access Wayfinder with guides for other cities. With a linked Google Form, the app allows users to rate the accessibility of places they visited to help everyone else! About

ThenObserve

The loop you know too well: Something happens. You react. You wish you hadn't. The email ping triggers the compulsive check. The comment triggers the defensive snap. The thought triggers the spiral. Most of this happens before you even notice. ThenObserve helps you catch yourself before you react. The practice is simple: Name your triggers. Log when they fire. Over time, you'll start seeing them coming. And that's where reaction becomes response. How It Works: Start with one trigger. Just one. Give it a name and a description. When it fires, tap to log it. Timestamp captured. Add a note if you want. Takes less than 5 seconds. Review your log. See when triggers fire most. Notice the patterns you couldn't see before. That's it. No complexity. No gamification. Just observation. Trigger Library: You don't know what you don't know. Browse 30+ researched triggers across six categories to discover patterns you might not have named yet: Work & Productivity: email notifications, interruptions, overwhelm Relationships: dismissive tones, feeling excluded, unsolicited advice Emotional Patterns: phone impulses, defensive reactions, perfectionism Physical Sensations: tension, shallow breathing, sudden fatigue Environmental: noise, clutter, temperature, commute stress Self-Limiting Beliefs: "I'm not good enough," "I can't do this," "It's too late" Select from the library or create your own. Customize descriptions as your understanding evolves. Words Matter: Swipe left on what limits you. Swipe right on what empowers you. This belief practice trains you to dismiss self-limiting thoughts and choose empowering reframes—building muscle memory for when they fire in real life. Two modes: Practice Mode: Learn the reframes. Beliefs come in pairs—dismiss the limiting one, then choose its reframe. Discernment Mode: Test your instincts. Beliefs appear randomly. You decide. Track your progress. See which beliefs you've dismissed most. Watch yourself change. Observation Session: Before you start tracking, ground yourself. The 33-breath observation session helps you practice noticing thoughts without following them. This is the same skill you'll use when triggers fire in real life. React or Respond: Log whether you caught the trigger in time. Over time, watch yourself shift from reaction to response. That's the whole point. Free Features: One active trigger (focused practice) Unlimited occurrence logging Full trigger library access Words Matter belief practice (both modes) 33-breath observation session Chronological review Optional hourly check-in nudges ThenObserve+ Premium: Unlimited triggers: stop choosing which patterns matter Custom tags: make sense of what you're noticing Data visualization: see patterns you couldn't see before Custom beliefs: add your own limiting beliefs and reframes Words Matter analytics: track which beliefs you practice most iCloud sync: everything you've logged, protected Privacy-First: Your observations stay on your device. No accounts. No servers storing your data. Optional iCloud sync uses your personal iCloud—we never see it. Part of the ThenSuite: ThenObserve joins ThenCommit and ThenAudit as part of House of Then's toolkit for intentional living. Different practices, same philosophy: constraint as clarity, structure as freedom, observation as the first step toward change. The gap between trigger and reaction is where your agency lives.
