Book a new time from your therapist's real availability, ask to reschedule when life gets in the way, and get a clear notification the moment your therapist confirms. YOUR PATH Therapy is not a fixed state. Your therapist can share a personal pathway with you: the phases of your work together, described in plain, supportive language. Watch signs of progress get acknowledged as they appear, and always know where you are on the way. YOUR TO-DOS Complete check-ins and forms your therapist sends you, in your own time. Answer a few questions on your phone instead of on paper, and your therapist sees your answers before you meet. QUIET BY DESIGN No feeds, no streaks, no pressure. SeCo only speaks up when something real happens: a session is confirmed, a new time is proposed, or your therapist shares something with you. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Your therapy belongs to you and your therapist. Your data is stored securely in the EU and is never sold or used for advertising. GETTING STARTED SeCo is invite-based.
