Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Qarib at 4.0 against Request's 1.0. Qarib also leads on ratings volume (8 vs 1) and device support. Request's advantage is monetization model (free vs ad-supported) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 13.0). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Qarib holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Qarib has 8 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
