Залуучуудын Тогтвортой Хөгжлийн Корпус буюу YSC хөтөлбөр нь Монгол Экологи төвийн үндсэн дөрвөн хөтөлбөрийн нэг бөгөөд 15-20 насны залуучуудыг мэдлэг, дижитал ур чадвараар хангаж, хүртээмжтэй, бие даасан иргэний нийгмийн ирээдүйн хөдөлгөгч хүч болгон чадавхжуулах, тэднийг Монголын байгаль орчин, соёлын өвийг хамгаалах үйлсэд идэвхтэй оролцох боломжийг олгох хөтөлбөр юм.
