Tap2Lock works with the Tap2Lock Bluetooth hardware module to give you convenient control over your vehicle’s doors using your iPhone or Apple Watch. Instead of reaching for a traditional key fob, you can use Tap2Lock to securely communicate with the Tap2Lock module installed in your vehicle and perform everyday actions from your phone. What you can do with Tap2Lock • Lock and unlock your vehicle from your iPhone when you’re within Bluetooth range of the Tap2Lock module. • View the status of your connected Tap2Lock module and manage paired devices. • Share temporary or long-term access with trusted family members when they have the Tap2Lock app and permission. • Calibrate and manage your Tap2Lock hardware through guided steps in the app. Designed for security and control • Uses secure Bluetooth communication between your iPhone and the Tap2Lock module. • Access can be revoked at any time from within the app. • Critical actions require proximity to the vehicle and a paired Tap2Lock module. Hardware required Tap2Lock requires a compatible Tap2Lock Bluetooth module installed in your vehicle by a qualified installer. The app alone does not control any vehicle without this hardware.
